| Arora kick starts election campaign | | | Early Times Reporter Bishnah | Nov 7 Dr Kamal Arora, the probable National Conference candidate from Bishnah Assembly constituency, today opened his party office here to listen to the grievances of the people and seek their support for his victory in the forthcoming assembly elections next year. Addressing his followers, Arora lambasted the coalition government of its failure on several fronts alleging that no development work worth the name has been undertaken in the constituency during the past five years. He said the time has come when the people should get united to give a tough fight to the party’s opponents and ensure victory of the NC candidates not only from Bishnah constituency but from the entire state. He also held the coalition government responsible for the continued discrimination with the Jammu region and alleged that while the government was providing jobs to the militants and uneducated youth of Kashmir valley, the highly qualified and technocrats from Jammu were altogether ignored . On this occasion among others, Naryan Dutt Sharma, Sham Sharma, Choudhary Vijay Bhushan, Block president Ganga Singh, Rashpal and Jeet Raj Saini were also present. |
