| Driver killed, conductor injured in accident | | | Early Times Reporter

Two persons were killed in two different road accidents in the city and its out skirts According to reports driver of the truck bearing number JK02AF/0572 died on the spot and the cleaner suffered injuries when the truck rolled down at Manda under the jurisdiction of police station Tikri. The deceased has been identified as Kaka Singh son of Harpal Singh resident of Gole Gujral Jammu. Bishan Kumar son of Sato Ram resident of the same area and conductor of the truck who was injured in the mishap was admitted in the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile in another accident, one person namely Kartar Singh son of Kaka Singh resident of Adarsh colony Udhampur was injured in an accident later expired in the hospital during treatment. Police has also registered a case in this regard and is investigating the matter. |
