Justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru, senior most judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Thursday was appointed as the acting chief justice of J&K High Kashmir, a statement issued from the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India said.
Justice Aftab Alam has been relinquished of the charge of the chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court consequent upon his appointment as a judge of the Supreme Court of India. |
