| SIT STARTED INVESTIGATIONS ON WARFOOTING IN PORNO CD-CASE | | |
Srinagar,August 21 : State Advocate General today filed objections in the porno CD case allegedly involving fomer Jammu beauty queen Anara Gupta and informed the court that state government has already constituted Speical Investigating team comprising three police officers and the same has already initaited fresh investigations in the case on warfooting.
Apearing on behalf of the state government Advocate General Altaf Naik andAdditional Advocate Geneal MA Rathore informed the court, in connection with the hearing of two applications filed by Amit Chouhan, that fresh investigations have been initiated by the three member SIT headed by SSP Aziz Khanon warfooting.
