| HC stays suspension of JDA Law Officer | | | Early Times Reporter

Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of J&K High Court Jammu Wing in a petition filed by the Law Officer of JDA challenging the suspension order passed by VC JDA, issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary Housing & Urban Development and VC JDA, returnable within four weeks and stayed the impugned order issued by VC.
In the petition it has been submitted that the VC JDA who is neither the appointing authority nor has any authority or power do so has placed under suspension the petitioner without any justified reasons and prayed for staying the impugned order. |
