| JKNPP urges govt, constitute delimitaion commission | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Nov 26 JKNPP in a day long convention have warned the government of total social boycott of its ministers, if it failed to constitute delimitation commission. The convention was held on the 5th day of the III phase of ‘Haq-Insaf’ Andolan Yatra led by Panthers party Supremo, Prof. Bhim Singh. In a unanimous resolution the panthers Party called on the congress and the PDP leaders to respect the CMP signed with Prof. Bhim Singh in presence of Sonia Gandhi and Dr. Manmohan Singh on 26th October, 202 at the time of forming coalition government to constitute Delimitation commission. The Million people who are affected by the discriminatory attitude of the State government by refusing to constitute Delimitation Commission. About Reasi constituency the resolution said this is a great injustice that four patwars from Tikri Block have been attached with Reasi constituency against the will of the people. The resolution also said that Assembly constituency of Gurez in Kashmir has about 12,000 voters whereas in Jammu (West) Assembly constituency there are about 1,75000 voters. The resolution also accused the Chief Minister for discriminating against the Panthers Party activists in the militancy prone areas by withdrawing their security cover and effusing to provide them reasonable accommodation to continue their political activities in those areas. More than 500 Political activists joined the Panthers Party in the presence of Prof. Bhim Singh and Harsh dev Singh. Those who joined included a dozen former Sarpanches namely, Janak Singh, Tirath Ram Vijay Sngh, Jogender Singh. Welcoming the new entrants into the party, Prof. Bhim Singh declared that the Panthers Party shall reach every soul in the state and wake up the oppressed and depressed from their 60 years old slumber so that they can become an asset to strengthen the ‘Haq-Insaf’. Andolan in the state by exposing and deposing the corrupt and communal governments in J&K. |
