| Man electrocuted, another injure in mine blast | | | Early Times Reporter

A villager was electrocuted after he touched distribution line while cutting the branches of a tree in far off village Trigam in Banihal, while a farmer was injured after he stepped on a land mine while working in his field.
Official sources told KMT that one Mehamdoo Chopan was electrocuted early this morning when he touched a distribution wire while cutting a tree.
Meanwhile, a farmer Dharshan Lal suffered serious injuries when he stepped on a landmine while working in his field at Border village S M Chinor near Kanachak .
Sources quoting eyewitnesses said that Dharshan Lal was tilling his field when the blast took place. He was rushed to hospital for Medical treatment . |
