Court rejects bail application of two accused
‘Attack on SHO Gandhi Nagar’

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jammu, Sanjeev Gupta today rejected the bail application of two accused out of three arrested by the police after firing with Cops in which SHO Gandhi Nagar Inspector Mohd Rafiq was injured.
The bail application was filed by the two accused namely Sarvesh alias Kaka and Koushal Sharma alias Kashu alias Ashu on various grounds. Strongly opposing the bail application, the CPO MA Manhas submitted that the accused are gangsters and various criminal cases are pending against them and recently they committed a heinous crime in which they attacked on police party in which SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar was injured and the investigation is going on.
CJM, after considering the arguments of both the sides, rejected the bail application of the accused persons. JNF
