Police registered a cheating case against Deputy Forester Ghulam Ahmed Qureshi s/o Maqbool Hussain, presently in Poonch District.
During the enquiry conducted through Additional SP the allegations leveled against the suspect have been proved and accordingly the findings submitted to the Commissioner of Vigilance J&K.
According to the enquiry it was found that suspect cheated the complainant under assurance of public employment and registered a case u/s 5(2) PC Act 2006 r/w section 419/420 RPC against the Deputy Forester Ghulam Ahmed Qureshi. JNF |
