| Matteen conferred Rashtriya Gaurav Award | | | Early Times Reporter

Mushtaq Ahmad Shah (Matteen), member of J&K Administrative Service, presently posted as Staff Officer to Financial Commissioner Revenue, has been awarded "Rashtriya Gaurav Award" 2007 for his meritorious services, outstanding performance and remarkable role in service sector.
The award was presented to him by Dr. Bhishma Narayan Singh , former Governor of Assam and Tamilnadu at a seminar on 'Economic Growth and National Integration' at New Delhi on November 27, organized by Indian International Friendship Society. He presented a profile of Jammu and Kashmir economy in national perspective during the seminar. |
