| Batyas Dak Bungalow to be constructed under CM’s CDF | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Nov 29 A number of deputations and individuals from various parts of the state called on the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad here this morning and apprised him about their problems and development needs. A deputation from Chilli, Pingal, a far-off area of Doda district led by Mushtaq Malik , called on the Chief Minister and submitted a memorandum urging for providing free ration to the people whose kharief crop has got damaged due to long dry spell, launching on spot recruitment in police for local youth, up gradation of schools, setting up of a J&K Bank branch, post office, LPG outlet and Dak Bungalow at Bhatyas. The Chief Minister announced that the funds would be provided out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for construction of Dak Bungalow at Batyas and assured that their other demands would be looked into. Another deputation led by Youth Congress General Secretary Kamal Anand also met Mr. Azad and apprised him of their demands. President Municipal Committee Banihal Viqar Rasool called on the Chief Minister and asked for speeding up development works in the area. |
