| Aspiring model says was sexed up by father | | | Early Times Reporter

An upcoming model who once adorned the crown of 'Miss Jammu' has accused her father of sexual harassment with her. A statement to this effect was recorded in the court of Forest Magistrate as the model who went missing since January 2006 resurfaced.
A Police party from Jajhar Kotli today produced, Florence, former Miss Jammu in the Court of Forest Magistrate Jammu for recording her statement under section 164 CrPC. After recording the statement of the former Miss Jammu wife of Ankit and daughter of Vinod Kumar a BSF personal, Forest Magistrate M R Chak directed the police to register a case against Vinod Kumar father of Former Miss Jammu and initiate investigation under law.
In her statement the prosecutrix before the Court made a statement and leveled serious allegations against her real father which Court observed that the statements of prosecutrix has unveiled, most unfortunate and shameful aspect of a father who has crossed all the limits of bestialities for quenching his sexual lust and none else what his daughter is the victim of sexual harassment.
In the statement prosecutrix was inclined to modeling and his father sent her to Delhi where she excelled in the field of modeling but she would never dream of it that her father is having an evil eye upon her and he wanted to satisfy his sexual urge with her. When Vinod Kumar father of prosecutrix accompanied her to Delhi and he insisted her to stay in a hotel despite the fact that some close relations at Delhi.
One night prosecutrix was taken by surprise and astonished to see inhuman approach of his father and she resisted the aggression tooth and nail on the part of her father.
She was not in a position to disclose this shameful act of her father to any person, she used to persuade her father but later was adamant and use to tell her he will maintain sexual relations with her least he will make it to the public that his daughter is indulged in flesh trade. Prosecutrix was forced to leave the company of her father and she came in contact with a relation namely Muskan at Delhi and used to visit her. Brother-in-law of the Muskan namely Ankit fell in love with the prosecutrix and both of them decided to marry and ultimately they got married on March 15, 2007 and prosecutrix leaving a happy married
life with her husband.
On the other hand Vinod Kumar BSF personnel had prayed before the President of India on October 30, 2006 in which he submitted that his daughter has been kidnapped by the accused and used for immoral trade.
In his 12 pages complaint made to the President of India, Vinod Kumar has pretended to be deprived of love and affection of his daughter at the hands of the accused.
Forest Magistrate M R Chak further observed that it seems to be a mischievous move on the part of Vinod Kumar to overcome and cover up his shameful act of attempting to outrage the modesty of his own daughter. Even his younger daughter is now of this fact and she must be frightened that same should never happen with her. Statement of the prosecutrix disclosed the commission of offence against Vinod Kumar father of the prosecutrix, the SHO P/S Domana is directed to register an FIR against Vinod Kumar s/o Gatu Rag r/o 72 Mandlik Nagar, TopSherkhaina Jammu and investigate the matter under the law. |
