A Railway contractor ended his life today by jumping into the river at Gurha Patan area in Akhnoor. He has been identified as Ajit Kumar Jaswal son of Vishavnath Jaswal resident of Sector No 3, Channi Himit, Jammu.
Sources said that today morning he came in the area in a Zen car and parking car at Gurha Patan, he put off his clothes and jumped into the river. The local people who were present nearby immediately reported the matter to the police and a police party from Kanachak rushed to spot and seized the clothes and car and informed the family members about the incident. Sources said, the reasons behind the suicide is some family feud and police after registering the case has started investigations. |
