| PSU launches agitation in university campus | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Nov 30 Panther Students Union (PSU) launched an agitation the University Campus here today by closing the office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Jammu against un-necessary delay in the declaration of the Revaluation Result of Graduate Part-I Regular. As per press release the protest was lead by Mohinder Pal Singh Pandu, State President, PSU, and alleged that while the result of Part-I was declared on 24th of September, and according to University statute the Revaluation Result should be declared within 42 days. He said it has not been declared even more than 60 days have passed and added criminal attitude of the University Authorities has dragged the carrer of around 12,000 students at stake. He said if the result is declared in the month of December, how will be passed students manage their further studies with in two months. Holding the authorities responsible for these miseries of these students the PSU therefore demanded either Open Choice for those students or carry on system for them, he said. |
