| 3 WS Schemes for Vijaypur to be sanctioned soon: Manjit | | | Early Times Reporter

Government would shortly sanction water supply schemes to tackle portable water scarcity problem in parched Kandi belt viz Barodi, Badi and Badgani areas of Vijaypur constituency. The project report of these schemes stands already formulated.
This was disclosed by Minister of State for Education and CAPD S. Manjit Singh while addressing a mammoth public meeting at Barodi the other day.
He said that kins of as many as 87 militancy hit families of Vijaypur constituency have been given government job under SRO-43 as a measure aiming at rehabilitation of turmoil affected families.
S. Manjit reiterated the commitment of coalition government to ensure planned development of all regions and areas of the state with focused attention on equitable and balanced allocation of resources. He said it was his dream to see Vijaypur constituency emerge as front line developed areas in the entire state and in this regard referred to massive infrastructure development in the constituency under R&B, Education, Power and Irrigation sectors. |
