Several workers of PHE employees association of the district, led by the association president Shiv Kumar Sharma took out a their problems. The protestors also blocked busy slogans against the authorities, who till date have done nothing.
Addressing the protestors, Sharma said, since association is pleading the case before the authorities for early redressed, but kept silence. He said, wages be paid to all the workers @ Rs. 70/- per day as given in Kashmir. Releasing of pending pay of all community workers and ITI employees, beside all these daily wages be regularized who have completed seven years service under SRO-64.
Among others who spoke were, Som Nath, Mohd. Akram Malik, Ghulam Ahmad, Rajput, Ch. Faroq, Ghulam Rasool, Bishan Lal,Krishan Lal, Abdul Hamid and Chain Singh. |
