Jammu | Dec 1: Winning both their matches, Auxiliary Police Jammu Zone consolidated its position in the league round of kabaddi competitions in the ongoing annual inter-zonal Homeguards, Civil Defence and Auxiliary Police Sports meet at Police Stadium, Gulshan Grounds, here today.
In the first match, Auxiliary Police Jammu Zone defeated Civil Defence Jammu Zone and later in the evening session, they (Auxiliary Police Jammu Zone) defeated Homeguards Jammu Zone.
Earlier, the competitions were declared open by Inspector General of Police, Naveen Aggarwal in a well attended function yesterday.
