| Handa College celebrates fresheres day | | | Early Times Reporter

The Handa College of Education celebrated Freshers cum Introductory day here today. The guest of honour for the day were the Directors of the College, Gurpreet Handa and Dr. Vikarm Handa. U.S. Bali, The Principal of the college presided over the function.
On the occasion, the students gave their introduction and was followed by various cultural programme which included Rajasthani folk song, dance, Himachali dance, Gidda Bhangra, Skit, Modelling.
Mimickery and Competition in Fresher was won by Veerinder Singh of Punjab and Fresher by Anjali Jamwal of Jammu. The title of Beautiful was won by Khushi of Punjab, Handsome by Neeraj of Rajasthan, Personality by Anu and Sheetal of Punjab, Personality by Sampad of Rajasthan, Talented by Rupinder Kour of Punjab, Talented by Padam Singh of Rajasthan.
Later, Chairperson of College Veena Handa who was the Chief guest welcomed the freshers and apprised them with the previous achievements and position of Handa College, achieved in short span of time. She encouraged them to follow the tradition of upgrading the standards of the institution. |
