Jammu | Dec 3: Poonam Kumari of Girls High School Satwari, Monika Zutshi of KC Public and Monika Chalotra of HSS Bahu Fort bagged 100 meters gold in under-14, under-17 and under-19 year age group respectively in the annual inter-school girls athletics meet of Jammu district which came to an end today at University of Jammu grounds, here.
The inter-school competitions were organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports as part of its annual sports activities. Now, the winners in different events and age groups will be representing Jammu district in the inter-district divisional level athletics meet.
In the closing function of the two-day girls meet today, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jai Raj was chief guest who presented medals to the winners.
