1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. Puneet Gupta today extended interim bail granted to Managing Director Gopal Arya Finance Company Ashok Mahajan, involved in multi crore scam; up to December 11, 2007.
On the directions of the Court the accused surrender before the Court with the prayer to extend his interim bail as the doctor advised his mother, who was more than 80 years old, for surgery which took place today. Court on the humanitarian grounds extended the interim bail of the accused up to December 11, 2007 with the direction to surrender on the date. JNF |
