Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages has condoled the sad demise of mother of Kashmir Times cartoonist Shughafta Khalidi, who passed away at Srinagar after prolonged illness . In this connection a condolence meeting was organized here in witch tribute were paid to the departed soul and solidarity was expressed with the bereaved failmy especially with Shughfta Khalidi. Two minutes silence was observed on the occasion and was prayed that may god shower his blessing on her in paradise . The speakers who spoke on the occasion includes Haroon Rashid Deputy Secretary , M.
