| Composite music, dance programme organized | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 4 In connection with Virasat-2007 organized by Indian Army in far-flung area of Nowshera, district Rajouri on December 3, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages organized a composite dance and music programme. Special Secretary Mr T R Sharma highlighted various schemes of Cultural Academy launched for promotion of Art, Culture and Languages. He said that it has been endeavor of Cultural Academy to take the cultural and literary activities out of the limitation of Jammu city with the tacit aim to hunt new and budding talent and provided them platform of the cultural academy to expose and display their talent. He said the local artists of the area were involved in the show. In this programme the following artists participated Monika Singh, Happy Sharma, Manu Sharma, Baljeet Kour, Kiran Sharma, Seema Kamal, Amandeep, Monika Slathia, Chanchal Sharma, Surpal Singh, Bishan Dass, Jginderpal, Amarjeet, Satish Lalotra, Paramjit, Sunil Sharma, Pankaj, Anil and Sanjeev. The whole programme was choreographed by Randhir Kumar who also presented vote of thanks. |
