Glowing tributes were paid to renowned Dogri writer and poet late, K.S. Jamwal ‘Madhukar’ at a function organized by Adbi Kunj on poets 77th birth anniversary here today. Writers and poets present on the occasion threw light on Madhukar’s contribution in Dogri Literature.
During the function special story and poetic session was organized where writers and poets read out their latest writings, which were highly appreciated by the audience present on the occasion Kirpal Singh Kasali of Punjabi theatre presided over the function while Ch. Mohd. Idris ‘Shaad’ of Kangan, Kashmir was the chief guest.
Among others present on the occasion were Sham Talib, Munical Puri, Talib Kashmiri, Chander, Ved Prakash, Jaswant Singh Manhas, Susheel Begana, Suresh Rahi, Kimti Lal Deewana, Ramesh Hangloo, Nargis Sitara, Jaswant Singh, Ayodhaya Rani and Rakesh Sharma Tript. |
