| Police rescues 45 day old child | | | Early Times Reporter

POLICE today rescued one and a half month old male child who was abandoned along the road side reportedly by the parents at Potha falling under the jurisdiction of police station Kalakote in Rajouri district.
Reports said that some passersby noticed the male child along the road side at Poth and informed the police. Police after receiving information rushed to the spot and rescued the child. The child was later handed over to one Mastan Singh on superadnama. Police has also registered a case in this regard under Section 317 RPC under FIR No 34/2007 and started investigations in the matter. |
