| RR renovates school building, provides Rs.2 lakh furniture | | | Early Times Reporter

As part of its efforts to reach out to children in the far flung and inaccessible areas and to provide them the best possible facilities, 20 RR DOGRA under the aegis of ROMEO FORCE , undertook the renovation work of Government Middle School, Dangri. Besides, repairing work of the school, furniture worth Rs. two lakhs were also handed over to the school authorities of Dangri and Argi under Operation Sadbhavana project.
The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sheikh Rafiq Ahmed inaugurating the renovated building thanked Brigadier Jag Mohan Varma, Commander 13 Sector Rashtriya Rifles and Colonel Arjun Segan, Commanding Officer 20 Rashtriya Rifles (DOGRA) for Army’s helping hand in providing infrastructure facilities to the existing schools in remote areas. |
