| Transferred 8 times in 15 months | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 6 In an interesting case of frequent transfer of Divisional Manager State Forest Corporation, who was transferred eight times within a span of 15 months, lately on November 23 last, Justice Nirmal Singh of J&K High Court, Jammu Wing, stayed the impugned order till next date of hearing and issued notice which was accepted by Deputy AG AS Dogra. After hearing Adv Yaseer Ejaz Tak appearing for the petitioner Mohd Youins Malik Divisional Manager State Forest Corporation who was transferred from Kishtwar to Pathankote, as alleged by the Adv Tak, that this transfer is not only premature but within a period of less than five months and it is eighth transfer order of the petitioner within a span of 15 months, Court stayed the impugned order of transfer issued on November 23, 2007 till next date of hearing and said that this order is, however, subject to the objections from the other side.
