| Medical employees hails Dr. Yashpal’s election | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 8 A function was organized by the employee of SMGS hospital in honour of hospital superintendent Dr. Yashpal Sharma, who had been elected as fellow of international Medical Science Academy (FIMSA) and also nominated to the board of specialty of hospital administration by medical council of India recently. Speaking on the occasion president, medical employees association (MEA) Pardeep lauded the role of Dr. Sharma in over all development of SMGS hospital. He further appealed to the medical employees to work whole heartedly for the excellence, of SMGS Hospital. Among others, who were present on this occasion includes, DR. T.R. NPP demands early election of President Ramnagar Municipality Jammu | Dec 8 National Panthers Party (NPP) has urged upon the Director local bodies to convene a meeting of Municipal Committee Ramnagar and to hold fresh elections for the post of president in view of no-confidence motion served by nine elected members against the president of the said committee. Flaying the delay caused in holding of fresh elections, Banis Lal Sharma, General Secretary Party said that the committee members of Ramnagar belonging to National Panthers Party has moved a no-confidence motion against president on Nov. 24 and had also conveyed the fact to local bodies Deptt. making representation to the Director Local Bodies Jammu for taking appropriate action in the matter. Deploring the lack luster attitude of the Local Bodies Deptt. in taking cognizance of the matter and in proceeding further in the light of resolution passed by the members, he said that the decision of moving non-confidence motion was taken against the President in view of anti-party activities being indulged in by the President and also for his failure to perform. Urging upon the Director Local Bodies to hold immediate elections, Sharma said that till elections, the office bearers of the committee be restrained from discharging their functions. |
