| JSSM demands arrest of hooligans | | ‘Calls for inquiry into entire JU episode’ | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 9 Demanding immediate arrest of those elements responsible for vitiating the peaceful and friendly atmosphere in the University Campus, Jammu State Students’ Morcha has condemned the recovery of weapons from the possession of some agitating students and maintained that majority of protesting students were outsiders. Addressing media persons here today Vikrant Singh state vice President JSSM strongly demanded immediate arrest of these elements failing which the Morcha would be forced to adopt agitational path. ‘It was very shameful act of those students who in the name of religion are trying to divide the student community, Rakesh Chib state convenor JSSM has appealed the student community to strengthen the hands of the Morcha for maintaining peace and communal harmony in this excellence of learning . Cautioning those vested elements not to play with the emotions and sentiments of the students for their vested interests on communal lines, Muneesh Gandotra state vice president claimed that the allegations made by agitating students are baseless and demanded an inquiry into while episode to unravel the truth and expose those who are hell bent to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere in the campus. Among others present at the news conference were Sushant, Vinay Bahu, Mohit Jamwal, Kewal Sharma, Devender Singh Chib and Rajan.
