Jammu | Dec 10: Degree College Rajouri today made a winning start in the annual inter-college kho-kho competitions beating Degree College Akhnoor by 10 points at University grounds, here today.
Dheeraj played fine game for Rajouri College and remained unbeaten after playing for four minutes thereby guiding his side to 12-2 win.
