| Baramulla celebrates Baig's reinduction | | | Early Times Reporter Baramulla | Dec 10 While Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Baramulla and senior Peoples Democratic Party leader Muzaffar Hussain Baig was sworn in as Deputy Chief Minister on Monday morning at Jammu, people of Baramulla - amidst drizzling and fresh snowfall - came on roads bursting firecrackers to welcome and celebrate the move. The festivity and celebration marked the whole day here with people taking out processions and bursting firecrackers. The move was welcomed by various other traders' federations, employee unions and associations of Baramulla. "Baramulla has rebirth by this move and fissures between the two coalition partners will get minimized as Muzaffar Beig has always acted as bridge between Congress and PDP. It will benefit people of the state as whole because he is brilliant and visionary leader and economist," said Bashir Ahmed Kanroo, a social activist and business icon of Baramulla. Participating in procession, a youth Ghulam Rasool Bhat while talking to NAK said, "The minister is the honest and dedicated who has done a lot for the development of entire State, particularly for Baramulla. Now we hope that problems of unemployed will be addressed by him." The entire town was enlightened with candles and colorful lights as Shabe Chargah with reverberating firecrackers all over. "We welcome the move of coalition government for re-inducting our MLA as Deputy Chief Minster," said Shabir Ahmed Lone. "Muzaffar Hussain Baig has proved his worth when was Deputy Chief Minster earlier but ups and downs are the part of life. We hope that we will get the best of his leaderships once again, "said PDP district president Javid Hussain.
