An Ex-service man’s house was gutted in fire at Badodri area under mysterious condition in which lakhs of rupees material including cash and other goods were reported burnt. According to reports, fire broke out in the house of one Khem Raj son of Chet Ram resident of Badodri when no body was present in the house. The local people of the area when spotted the fire informed police. A police team with fire tenders rushed to spot and after some efforts they managed to control the fire. The owner of the house gave statement to the police that ten thousand rupees in cash, 16 tola gold ornaments, a gun and some other house hold items have been gutted in the fire. Sources said he also complained that his brother was behind the fire due to some old dispute. Police has registered a case in this regard started investigating the matter. |
