Army School Jammu Cantt celebrated its Annual Day .The programme was a cultural bonanza showcasing the multi-dimensional potential and talent of the students.
The function began with the lightening of traditional lamp by the chief guest Maj. Gen. Sanjeev Loomba, GOC Tiger division and followed by various colorful cultural programmes performed by the students which included Rajasthan, Dogri, Punjabi and Kashmiri dances,
Speaking on the occasion, Lumba said that every institution must look for new and innovative methods to ensure its balanced growth otherwise these would bind to stagnate to the disadvantage of the society. The educational institutions like that of army must accept the challenges by treading a different path and prove that no challenge is insurmountable. He said in this attitude and spirit lies the success and growth of institutions. He complimented the Chairman, Principal, Staff and students of the army school Jammu cantt for putting up a excellent show displaying their talent and potential which would definitely give them immense confidence and expertise to meet challenges of future in fields of academics and extra curricular activities.
