| Tent house owner among two arrested for theft | | | Early Times Reporter

Kanachak police today claimed to have worked out a theft case in 24 hours by arresting a tent house owner among two persons in this regard and recovering stolen property from their possession. According to reports yesterday police received a complaint of theft from one Prabu Dayal son of Ram Dass resident of Kalyanpur saying that gold ornaments worth rupees 50 thousand have been stolen from his house when there was no one there. After receiving the complaint, SP Rural Shakti Pathak constituted a team led by SHO Kanachak Ravinder Rakwal to investigate the matter. During investigating the matter police worked out the case and arrested two persons in this regard. The arrested persons have been identified as Surinder Sharma son of Chajju Ram running a tent house at Chiri and Shanky Verma son of Darshan Lal both residents of Kalyanpur and also recovered stolen property from their possession. Police has also registered a case in this regard and investigating the matter. |
