Topper of Plate Group-A, Rajasthan and runners-up of Plate Group-B, Jammu and Kashmir have been offered a green top wicket for the semi-final encounter. “We got an opportunity to have a close look at the wicket after today’s practice session at IOF ground and I think the grass on the wicket will help the side bowling first,” manager of the team A H Kazmi told Early Times on telephone.
