Bishnah constituency witness rapid progress: MLA

‘An unprecedented development has taken place in Bishnah constituency during the last five years,’ said MLA Ashwani Sharma at a function organized by the people of village Saidgarh for getting a degree college in the area.
Sharma said, with the opening of a college, it will go on a long way in uplifting education standards in the area and added earlier youth used to give up further education, but with the opening of a college youth of the area will study further He said beside this long pending demands of people with regard to competition of bridges at Badrali, Rial, Saidgarh and Bamnal have been fulfilled.
Referring to completion of grid station at Partap Singh Pura, he said completed it will overcome shortage of electricity supply in the area.
He further said all major roads in Bishnah have been constructed and villages have been connected with each other. Four lift irrigation schemes-Kothe Saini, Sadigarh, Treva and Chand have been completed, he said, adding now irrigation water was reaching to the tail end.
