| Bijyal inspects works in Model village Komla | | | Early Times Reporter

Assistant Commissioner Development Mr. Shyam Bijyal who is an extensive tour of the mountainous blocks of district Kathua today visited Model village Komla in block Billawar and took stock of the onging works both at Bardhat and Komla.
Talking to mates, he said that while some have shown good progress, some of the mates, he said despite persuading by him and BDO Billawar to expedite and complete the alloted works have gone slow. He said that there is no shortage of money and material for the execution of works making his mind clear Bijyal told mates that he would cancel the work orders of those who go slow and allot works to the self help groups of Engineers.
Bijyal also spoke to the villages on the occasion that NREGA which is going to be implemented in district Kathua from the next financial year and asked them to priorities activities which they feel are foremost importance. Names of BPL families to be covered under Model village Komla proeject funds were also finalized.
During tour ACD Kathua will visit Katli Baggan, model village Malhar, Nalue, Ishu, Maled, Bhullan, Duggen, Model village Dullungul etc. |
