Joint Director of J&K IMPA adn RD, Abdul Rashid has been transferred and posted as special assistant with the minister of forest, environment and ecology. According to an order by general administration department Rashid will replace R A Bandey who has been asked to report to financial commissioner planning and development for further posting. |
