| Bhatti condemn sacrilegious acts, ask maintain communal harmony | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 25 The recent sacrilegious act committed by same anti social elements in various part of the region have been seriously condemned of the chairman of All India Mahatma Gandhi National Foundation (AIMGNF) Zahir Abbas Bhatti in a workers meeting here today. Bhatti said that such incidents were intended to disturb the communal harmony in Jammu division and appealed to the Muslim community to respect the sentiments of the other communities which are the real spirit of Islam. He also appealed both the communities to remain calm and not to disturb peaceful atmosphere of Jammu region and respect to religious sentiments of each other, and urged administration not to harass the innocent persons and Jammu their investigation to those involved in the acts. The people of Jammu and Kashmir especially Jammu have always maintained communal harmony by respecting each other’s religion, he said. Every religion teachers us to respect other’s religion he said, an added such isolated acts should be dealt strongly and effort should be made by common people irrespective of caste, creed, religion and colour and the administration to restore peace and strengthen traditional brotherhood.
