Three persons of a family were among five who got serious injuries in different road accidents in the city and outskirts.
According to reports, the injured have been identified as Sapna, daughter of Satish Kumar, Shambu Nath son of Thakur Dass and Veena Raina wife of Shambu Nath all residents of Hadwara. They received serious injuries in an accident at Udhampur when their Alto car was hit by a truck in the area.
The injured were taken to hospital by a police team where their condition was stated out of danger as last report came in. Police has registered a case in this regard and investigating the matter. Meanwhile, in another accident Opinder Pandita son of Sham Lal resident of Dioripur, Srinagar was injured in accident when his auto hit by a truck at Udhampur. Bunti son of Krishan Lal resident of Mill, Chatha was hit by motorcycle at Chatha. The injured were admitted in the hospital for treatment and police was investigating the matter. |
