| Taj appealed to order free ration to draught hit | | | Early Times Reporter

A deputation from Doda and Kishtwar districts led by Chairman Social Advisory Board and MLA Mr. G. M. Saroori called on Minister for Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Mr.Taj Mohi-ud-Din here today.
The deputationists thanked the Minister for taking initiatives for the fulfillment of the assurances given by him to the people of twin districts of Doda and Kishtwar during his recent visit.
The deputation appealed the Minister for providing free ration for one year for draught affected areas of Doda and Kishtwar districts besides free fodder for the cattle.
Giving patient hearing, the Minister assured the deputation that adequate steps would be taken for providing succor to the draught affected people of Doda and Kishtwar area. |
