| LJSP leader demands security cover | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Dec 29 The Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJSP) government to provide adequate security cover to them, as they apprehend militant attacks while touring far-flung areas of the state. Addressing the media persons here today the state president Rafiq Malik of the party said, the workers of party are visiting various areas without any security cover, though requested the concern agencies for the same number of times, but government always turn a leaf ear. He said, the killing of Benazir Bhutto clearly shows that common is also not safe. He said through media we ask the govt. to provide security to our leaders who visit far-flung most of them militancy infested areas to know about their problems. Earlier, glowing tributes were paid to ex-prime minister of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto, who was killed by the ultras at Peshawar. President on the occasion were Dayal Singh, Sanju Bhagat, Ram Singh and Sewa Singh. |
