| Qazi, Naiz expresses grief over loss of human lives in Rajouri bus accident | | | Jammu, Aug.23: Minister for public health engineering and flood control, Qazi Mohd Afzal has expressed deep shock over the death of 18 passengers who lost their lives in a tragic road accident this morning when a private bus coming from prori Darhal to Rajouri fell into a deep gorge near Baba Ganji Sahib Ziyarat in Rajouri district.
In his condolence message, the Qazi conveyed sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for early recovery of the injured persons who have been admitted in different hospitals for immediate treatment.
Meanwhile, former minister for power and ex chairman district development board Rajouri, Mohammad Sharief Niaz, in a statement has expressed deep shock and sorrow over the tragic accident occurred near Ganji Sain Ziyarat in Darhal area of Rajouri district today in which an ill fated bus on its way to Rajouri from Darhal skidded of the road and fell down into deep gorge resulting killing of 18 persons and injuring 25 persons.
In a separate message he conveyed his heart felt condolence to the bereaved families of the deceased and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and speedy recovery to the injured.
In a message Niaz has appealed to the government for the release of ex gratia relief in favour of the families of he deceased and all possible free medical treatment to the injured being treated in the different hospitals of Jammu and Rajouri |
