The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today closed for winter vacation and will reopen on January 28, 2008..
In the meanwhile, Acting Chief Justice Nisar Ahmed Kakru has nominated Vacation Judges for both the wings of High Court for the period January 7, 2008 to January 25, 2008.
For Jammu wing Justice JP Singh will hold the Court as Vacation Judge from January 7, 2008 to January 11, 2008 whereas Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain will hold the Court during the vacation from January 14, 2008 to January 25, 2008.
For Srinagar Wing Justice Mohd Yaqoob Mir will hold the Court from January 7, 2008 to January 25, 2008.
The working of Registry will continue as usual during the vacation period. |
