| Chairman JKHRW visits far-flung areas of Rajouri | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 3 The Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Watch (JKHRW) B.L Kapoor while touring far-flung areas of the district Rajouri areas including, Budhal, Khawas, Peeri, Thana Mandi, Nowshera, Kala Kote and Manjakote areas sans in electricity, drinking, water, health and educational facilities. Addressing a press conference here today Kapoor said that the ruling government had failed on all fronts and the conditions of the people of the areas is pitiable due to absence of basic amenities. He further said that the corruption in these areas is on rise and added that the ration dealers of the area are providing BPL ration meant for poor selling it in the open market. On this occasion, he urged upon the chief minister to start a special recruitment drive for the youth of the area and demand to provide atleast one job per family. Among other who addressing the conference were Fazil Mir, Mustaq Bhat and Ajaz. |
