| Cabinet expansion a road show : Bhim | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 3 ‘‘Describing the recent cabinet expansion as a ‘road show’ for the ensuing Assembly election’’, Prof Bhim Singh Chairman Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party has expressed his grave concern for not giving any representation to the Sikhs and the Kashmiri Pandits in the Council of Ministers. In a statement issued here today, Prof Singh has sought justification of allotting Higher Education portfolio to Charak and Roads and Buildings to a tainted Minister. ‘While Sonia Gandhi has been pleading for 30 per cent reservation for the women in the legislatures, Bhim regretted that ‘her most faithful Chief Minister’ could not induct even a single women in the Ministry. He said similar was the case with the Sikhs and the Kashmiri Pandits who too did not find any berth in the Council of Ministers. Comparing the Government that of ‘Gang of Ali Baba Aur Pachies Chor’, Bhim described it ‘as the most corrupt, criminal and anti-people’ and appealed the genuine Congressmen to say goodbye to the party and join the Panthers Party and thus strengthen the battle for justice and equity, the statement added. |
