“ People of Rajouri should not be harassed by a news agency whatsoever for their no fault,” said Bashir Ahmed Wani, District President , J&K National Conference, District Rajouri.
In a press statement issued here today lambasted the government for its failure to check rising prices of essential commodities and alleged that people of Rajouri are being harassed by the P.H.E Department for recovery of C.I pipes which were laid down by the concerned authorities some 20 years back in various areas.This is being apparently done by the orders of the higher authorities. The people of Rajouri should be provided more C.I pipes to provide more C.I pipes to provided drinking water in some eareas instead of recovering the pipes from the people, Wani said.
He said this is being cone to victimize the people on political vendata.
He demanded a high level experts team should be constituted in case there is nay embezzlement, but the people of Rajouri should not be harassed at all. He appealed to the Chief Minister to intervene personally so that the innocent people of Rajouri get relief
