| NSS winter camp concludes | | | Early Times Reporter

Ten days NSS camp started on 26th of Dec concluded today at the Govt Women College Parade auditorium .Principal of GCW Parade Usha Jayee presided over the valedictory cum prize distribution function. NSS Coordinator, Jammu University, Prof. Jasbir Singh was the chief guest on the occasion.
The camp was attended by about 100 volunteers and various activities on the themes population explosion, literacy, community health, sanitation drive, helping old sged at old age Home Amphalla, social evils were undertaken during the camp.
Chiefguest along with Chairperson and programme officers Prof. Chander Shekhar and prof. Ram Singh, distributed prizes to the competing NSS volunteers on various activities. Earlier NSS Camper, Aparna read out report of 10 days activities in the camp.
Dr. Jasbir Singh in his address congratulated the whole NSS committee for organizing such camp and expressed his satisfaction on the camp. Prof. Ram Singh presented the vote of thanks. |
