PNB donates essential commodities at ‘old age home’

A team of Punjab National Bank (PNB) official led by zonal manager, Vivek Arya donated substantial quantity of essential items among the inmates old age home at Amphalla here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Arya said, that old people homes is a social reality and a need in the society wherein family values and joint family structure is breaking up for one reason of the other. There is no reason to treat these homes shabbily. He assured the management of the old people home that the blank provide two separate TV sets for male and female inmates newspapers and periodicals. He asked the inmates passing through the autumn of their lives to remember the quotation of French writer Albert campus saying “Autumn is second spring when every leaf is a flower. The items distributed were sugar, edible oil, cereals, washing powder tea and soap. Secretary ‘old age home’ Vijay Bhagotra appreciated the PNB bank management for this noble initiative.
