Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development and R&B, Ch. Gharu, on his maiden visit of RS Pura, after his induction in the Council of Ministers, was accorded rousing reception by his party workers and supporters.
To felicitate the new inducted Minister, the Congress party had organized a grand function at the Bus stand here where thousands of party workers were present to receive their leader.
Speaking on the occasion, Gharu Ram expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for reposing faith in him and assured that he would come up to the expectation of the CM and the party as a whole. He also thanked the people of the area who always stood by him and extended their full co-operation. He assured that, he will be come up to the people’s expectation and work for the development of the area.
He claimed that during his five years tenure as MLA and Minister in Mufti led Government several development works were taken up, majority of which have already been completed in the Suchetgarh constituency and in the coming day he will try to solve the pending issues of the people. |
