| Shopkeepers resent unauthorized parking outside shops | | | Early Times Reporter

The unauthorized parking outside the business establishments in main RS Pora bazar has posed several problems for the shopkeepers in general and the customers in particular.
All those visiting the Munsif Court, close adjacent to the main bazar, park their vehicles in front of the shops causing great inconvenience to the consumers thereby adversely affecting the business.
Talking to Early Times some of the shopkeeper including Parshtom Sharma, Ramesh Sharma, Sat Paul, Suresh Kumar, Mandev Singh, Pritpaul Singh and Sudir Kumar said that every person coming to Munsif court parks his vehicle in front of their shops, even the vehicles of employees of the Munsif;s Court also park their vehicles here thus converting the entire bazar into a parking lot. Though this matter was also taken up with the Munsif a number of times but of no avail, they added. The shopkeeper threatened that if their demand for restricting parking in the main bazar is conceded they will be forced to lodge a protest for which the entire responsibility would lie on the administration. |
